Restore happens in the app. This page is here for backup help.

Tropic Tumble purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. If something is missing, use Restore Purchases in the app first so the game can sync the store entitlement and your account-backed inventory.

Purchases are not live yet

Tropic Tumble is still in coming-soon mode, so live store purchases and purchase restoration are not available yet. This page is already wired for launch review so the public guidance matches the app once store billing is live.

Step 1

Use Restore Purchases in the app first

  1. 1Open Tropic Tumble on the device where you play.
  2. 2Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase.
  3. 3Open the in-app Restore Purchases action from the Shop or Support screen.
  4. 4Let the app sync your active entitlements and your account-backed inventory.

What syncs

What Restore Purchases does

Active subscriptions and permanent unlocks can be re-synced from the store account that owns them.

Consumables such as coins, gems, lives, or boosters are not replayed forever by the store after they are processed. Your current balance comes from your Tropic Tumble account or backend state.

Refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google through the store where the purchase was made.

Step 2

Contact support only if the sync did not fix it

The website is a fallback for billing or missing-item cases that still need human review after the in-app restore flow. Include your Support ID, platform, order reference, and any receipt screenshots so the support inbox can investigate quickly.
