Tropic Tumble collects only the information needed to run the game, support players, investigate issues, and manage purchases and account requests.

  • Support ID or Player ID used to find your game profile or support history.
  • Email address when you contact support or use an account-linked feature.
  • Name only when you submit it through a support or contact form.
  • Platform, app version, device model, and basic device details that help us troubleshoot problems.
  • Gameplay progress such as levels, stars, rewards, lives, boosters, coins, events, journal items, and island progress when needed for support or account operations.
  • Purchase references, order IDs, receipts, and restore-purchase details.
  • Bug reports, messages, screenshots, videos, and attachments you choose to send.
  • Website analytics preference records and consent choices saved when you respond to the analytics banner on our public sites.
  • Crash, diagnostics, performance, security, and analytics data used to keep the game stable and improve the experience.

JPott Studios does not sell personal information.
